Return Policy

All of our hats are sold as non-returnable (except in the case of damaged or wrong style/size received). Hats cannot be returned because of incorrect order requests on size, color, fabric etc.  Many of our hats are custom made based on your order. By completing the check-out process, you are accepting these "all sales final" terms and conditions.
