My hat says "cotton," but your website says it's polyester. What's the deal?

There was a recent labelling oversight in our factory, resulting in some hats being mislabelled as "cotton." We apologize for this mistake. We assure you that all hats are made from 100% polyester, as stated on our website. We are taking steps to ensure all future labels are accurate.

What are your shipping times?

We offer shipping to the UK and US only. Our standard shipping time is 5 to 21 business days, depending on your location. In rare cases, delivery might take longer. You’ll receive email updates with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or significantly damaged. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy for more details.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number and link once your order has shipped. Be sure to check your email for updates on your order status.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments, and we’ll do our best to help.

What if my order is delayed or I entered the wrong address?

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally delays can happen. We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately to correct it. While we do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee them once the order has been processed.
